City Infused
When our family was in the process of relocating from Santa Barbara to San Francisco six months ago, my friend, Sandy, said she was curious to see how getting back to my city roots would influence Designs by Alina. Maybe she is clairvoyant or knows me too well. Whatever the case might be, she was right, for Designs by Alina has definitely been developing a more urban feel.
Our jewelry continues to be handcrafted with choice materials and attention to detail. However, by popular demand we have been using less gold-fill and more solid 14K gold (18K upon request). We have incorporated more pavé diamonds, beautiful Tahitian and ultra-smooth, high luster baroque pearls, as well as uniquely designed hand-forged, oxidized silver clasps. The result is an unpretentious line of heirloom quality street-chic jewelry. We would love to know what you think about Designs by Alina and the City!
